Phil Santos is a Los Angeles based oil painter that draws inspiration from local landmarks. His paintings range from Los Angeles street scenes to the signs of many well-known theaters. The images appreciate the present - where we are now - and where we have been.

His new collection of the Broadway Theaters captures the incredible architecture and imagination that was created and used almost 100 years ago. These theaters and imagery are still a marvel a full century later.
Currently, Phil owns a backdrop company, paints murals around LA, and Live Paints at events. He has been commissioned by movie companies such as Annapurna Pictures and painted a mural for Angel City Brewery, cafes, and other private residences. Formerly a Co-Curator for the Gabba Gallery, Santos helped bring the Gabba Arts District into reality.
